COMMERCIAL USE

All items in this file may be used for personal, commercial, designer resource and SFH/SFO under the following conditions.

Grayscale templates, Kits, Images, Elements, etc.

* All grayscale templates must be recolored before selling.
* Textures and patterns may not be re-sold as-is. You may only use them in your commercial work.
* All images must be included in a kit or pack and not sold individually.
* You may not create tubes, brushes, etc. from my originals (except for your own personal use).
* All images may be modified to satisfy your designing needs.
* If selling as your own CU, colored images must be altered in some way (different color, added to another image, etc.)
* You may include the COLORED/ALTERED image in your own CU kit/pack as long as credit is given in your tou.
* You may not create a kit or pack using only my images. No more than 40%.
* You may not break apart my kits/packs and sell the items individually.
* No credit needed if not selling a CU kit/pack.

Photoshop Actions/PSP Scripts

* Results for any action/script may be sold individually.
* You may not sell a grayscale image created by my actions.
* You may sell the COLORED images created by my actions/scripts as your own CU items as long as credit is given for the action/script in your tou.
* You may not share my original action/script.
* You may not create tubes, brushes, etc. from my originals (except for your own personal use).
* You may not modify my actions/scripts and claim them as your own.
* No credit needed if not selling CU.

PERSONAL USE

* You may use these files to make scrapbook pages, cards, etc. as long as they are for personal use only.
* Do not share.
* No monetary gain is to be made from these files.
* You may recolor these items to fit your designing needs.
* If you post your creation made using these files to the web or publication, you must credit MsBhvin Scraps at http://msbhvinscraps.com.
* You may not share, loan, sell, rent, or transfer these files to any other party by any other means.
